How many times newly married couples have intercourse?
Ans- In case of newly married couples the frequency is generally greater and probably approximates the higher figures of once a day or so. Frequency of marital intercourse, depending to a large degree upon the age of the husband. Married men between the ages of twenty one and twenty five reported an average of slightly over three relations per week, while those aged thirty-one to thirty five reported an average of only a little over two relations per week. This frequency steadily diminishes to an average of one and half times a week for men aged forty one to forty five and to less than one sexual relation a week for men over fifty six years of age. However when the coital act, is followed by a sense of relaxation and ease, the sexual relations are probably not excessive and their frequency should then depend entirely upon the desires of the couple.
How long should sexual intercourse normally take?
Ans-That depends upon what the term includes. If we consider sexual intercourse to consist of the foreplay, the sexual union and also the afterplay, that is , the period of rest and relaxation which normally follows intercourse, the time would obviously be subject to any number of variations Even if we consider coitus to extend only from intromission until the completion of the organism, there are also marked individual variations in its duration. While some men can prolong active coitus for fifteen or twenty minutes or more before ejaculation, other can hardly do so for more than a minute or so. The median man holds an erection from five to ten minutes.
What about sexual relation during the menstrual period?
Ans-There is considerable divergence of opinion as to the advisability of intercourse during the menstrual period. In general while intercourse during the menses may not be harmful, it is preferable to abstain from sexual contact and even from sexual stimulation during the days of active menstrual flow, unless the women specifically desire it.
How soon after the child is born may relations be resumed?
Ans-Ordinarily it is advisable to avoid sexual relations about six weeks following delivery. The generative organs of a woman undergo profound changes during the child bearing and delivery and it takes from five to six weeks after childbirth before they return to their normal condition. During this period, it is therefore better to abstain from sex relations in order to avoid hindering the natural processes of involution.
Are sexual difficulties likely to occur at the very beginning of marriage?
Ans-Yes, they may develop from the start and are apt to make the first weeks or month of marriage very trying. Difficulties for instance, may be encountered even in the consummation of the sexual union. Consummation is the legal term for the penetration of the vagina by the penis. Newly married couple is at times unsuccessful in completing the sex union and they may be very much astonished and disconcerted by such an unexpected complication. These difficulties may persist for weeks or months and prove very disturbing to both husband and wife.
If a man reaches his orgasm very quickly is it a sign of sexual weakness?
Ans-The duration of the act of coitus, as we have already discussed is subject to wide variations and men differ greatly in their so called staying-power. Ordinarily the erection should be maintained for many minutes and the ejaculation should not come for about one or two minutes after intromission, at least not until after some ten, twenty or more coital movements. Some man however, cannot maintain an erection for even length of time and reach their organism very rapidly. Disturbances in the sexual function of the male involving rapid ejaculations constitute a rather frequent source of sexual maladjustment and marital disharmony.
Is the hymen always broken during the first sex act?
Ans-Unless the hymen had previously been stretched by other means, it is broken at the time, if complete penetration takes place. The hymen partially surrounds the vaginal entrance and the male organ must past through it in order to enter the vaginal canal. The diameter of the erect penis is about an inch and half while that of the opening through the hymen is generally about an inch. ‘The pressure of the male organ first causes the hymen to stretch or dilate and if this is not sufficient to permit entry, the continued pressure results in the breaking of the membrane at one or more points. This constitutes the defloration.
Billions of people believe in God, though no one has seen Him (or Her, or It).
Billions of people see injustice, pain and misery in the world and yet they believe that the creator of the world (God) is just, compassionate and kind.
In the same way, billions of people believe in Karma, though they can see every day that the so-called good karma (like honesty, truthfulness, kindness, love, duty, righteousness) does not necessarily lead to good outcomes (like happiness, success or contentment).
You can find the bad people succeeding in almost every field of life. For example,
Most successful politicians are criminals, corrupt, casteist
Most successful civil servants are corrupt, politically aligned, unethical
Most successful businessmen are tax-evaders, liars, frauds and corrupt.
In reality, life is like a game, and the best player wins the game of life.
If we imagine life as a game of tennis, the winner of the tournament is not the person who is honest and ethical, but the one who plays the best game.
And you can’t win the games of life purely by following the right means.
The Chinese philosopher Sun Tzu, wrote so wisely in ‘The Art of War’ : “All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when we are able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must appear inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near”.
You can’t win the battles of life purely by following the right means, particularly when your opponents have no qualms in following all types of means.
The principle of Karma is designed to make the people believe that by doing good deeds, you can achieve success in life.
When most people start believing in the law of karma, it becomes easy for smart people to win the games of life.
However, the winners and heroes always attribute their success to their good karma like truthfulness, honesty, harm work etc., and smartly conceal their evil deeds, just like an iceberg exposes only a smart tip while concealing most of itself.
It is only when the complete life of winners is exposed, people come to know the (hidden) reality of these so-called heroes and winners.
When the truth of a winner is fully exposed, people discover how big frauds these great achievers really are, and how winners are almost always the worst type of human beings.
However, the myth of karma still continues since these heroes are now projected as villains by the other heroes who are still successful in concealing their true selves.
You have to, therefore, make a choice.
You can either be a good person or become a highly successful person in the world.
If you want a contented life with modest success, follow the path of karma.
However, if you seeking extraordinary success and enjoyment, drop the laws of karma, and follow the (unethical) principle of Sun Tzu, in ‘The Art of War’.
